Accounts and access

Owners and admins oversee an organisation, with payout settings reserved for the owner. Managers access assigned portfolios. Agents use a separate account and need an organisation’s invitation or approval to access its portfolios.

Properties and stays

Property organisations are responsible for the listing details, availability, rates and house rules they provide. Review the property information and applicable stay policies before arranging a booking.

Bookings and payments

Guests pay through a booking payment link. A booking is confirmed after payment is verified. Review the displayed booking total and applicable fees before paying.

Organisation earnings and agent commissions enter their respective wallets as pending. They become available after the booking’s cancellation window closes; only available balances are withdrawable.

Cancellations and caution fees

The cancellation policy attached to a booking applies subject to applicable law. Caution fees are held separately from earnings. Refunds and any applicable deductions depend on the booking terms and relevant review. Booking enquiries: [Booking support email].

Your responsibilities

  • Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information.
  • Only upload listing content and guest information you are authorised to use.
  • Respect access restrictions and do not misuse accounts, bookings or payments.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Applicable law and jurisdiction: [Governing law and jurisdiction].

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions, contact [Legal contact email].
